The QA departments of major airline carriers, overhaul facilities and Original Equipment Manufacturers audit our facilities and procedures. All of our carefully controlled processes are clearly laid out in the CASCO procedures manual. The Bureau Veritas Certification has awarded CASCO with ISO 9001:2000 and FAA AC 00-56A approvals for the following scope: The supply, distribution, consignment, leasing and exchange of aircraft spares. Logistics management and the provision of procurement services. Aircraft component repair and overhaul management. CASCO identified the need to gain FAA AC 00-56A approval to assist in dealing with American companies, particularly OEM's such as Boeing. European Aviation Suppliers Organisation CASCO is a founder member of European Aviation Suppliers Organisation (EASO) established in 1995 with the aim of bringing self-regulation to the aftermarket and recognition from the regulation authorities. The EASO 2000 quality standard was issued in September 1999 against which existing and prospective members are audited. Casco was the first of 74 companies to be accredited with the EASO 2000 quality standard. In March 2001 our Quality Manager, Simon Fellingham was appointed as a member of the Quality Council and in June 2001 Barrie Roberts, our Chairman, was appointed to the Board of EASO. They are working to drive the organisation forward and raise awareness within the aviation industry of EASO and the high standards of quality that it represents.
